These five amazing SkillsUSA advisors will be interviewed at the National Leadership & Skills Conference, and one instructor will be named SkillsUSA 2025 Advisor of the Year on June 24.

Reflect on Your Chapter Success

The end of the school year is an excellent time for students to reflect on their personal growth during the year. Start a chapter meeting or class with a reflection question such as:

·         What specific Essential Elements did you learn and grow through our chapter activities?

·         How did you demonstrate your leadership skills this year?

·         How did SkillsUSA help inform decisions about your future career path?

The answers to these questions and examination of their accomplishments can help students reflect on their growth and see the value of SkillsUSA in their life. For inspiration, encourage your students to visit the SkillsUSA Champions digital hub for more and submit a SkillsUSA story for consideration. Share a few stories with your students and ask them to write a story about their own SkillsUSA experiences.
